About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Trading Manager to join us at Knatchbull, Savile Row’s first womenswear-only brand. This role will be instrumental in driving online sales growth, optimising digital merchandising, and enhancing the customer journey across our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Online Trading

  • Monitor and analyse trading performance, identifying opportunities to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Manage product lifecycle from production through to launch, ensuring optimal communication between all departments.
  • Maintain a single stock view across all channels to maintain accurate inventory management for all online channels.
  • Oversee digital visual merchandising, collaborating with buying teams to ensure consistent brand presentation across product presentation.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align promotional activities and campaign planning.

Reporting

  • Analyse customer behaviour data to inform trading decisions and improve conversion rates.
  • Generate regular trading reports and provide insights to key stakeholders.

CRM

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Manage automated email campaigns including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, and post-purchase communications.
  • Optimise email segmentation and personalisation to improve customer lifetime value.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years' experience in e-commerce trading, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Shopify Plus and Klaviyo.
  • Understanding of luxury fashion market trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience with merchandising tools and analytics platforms.
