About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and client-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Knatchbull, renowned for exceptional womans tailoring and personalized luxury service. As a Sales Assistant, you will represent our commitment to excellence by delivering an unparalleled shopping journey, fostering client relationships, and curating bespoke wardrobing solutions tailored to each client’s lifestyle. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Engagement: 

  • Deliver exceptional and personalized client service, building lasting relationships through attentive listening, expert style guidance, and a deep understanding of individual preferences. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor in tailoring, luxury ready-to-wear, and made-to-measure options, enhancing the client’s wardrobe and confidence. 

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and offer insights into new arrivals, exclusive events, or bespoke services. 

  • Share an in-depth expertise in fabrics, tailoring techniques, and seasonal collections to confidently educate and inspire clients. 

 

Sales and Performance: 

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective clienteling . 

  • Contribute to achieving store KPIs, including average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and meaningful customer retention rates. 

 

Visual and Store Excellence: 

  • Ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s luxury ethos through meticulous visual merchandising and a pristine, inviting environment. 

  • Partner with the team to implement seasonal floor changes and new collection displays. 

 

 

Operational Support: 

  • Collaborate with team manager to ensure stock levels are optimized and products are available for client needs. 

  • Support seamless appointment scheduling, order processing, tracking, and timely delivery for both in-store and remote clients. 

  • Utilize POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring data accuracy and client satisfaction. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a related field; experience with made-to-measure or bespoke services is a plus. 

  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and sales skills; a natural ability to engage with discerning clientele. 

  • Attention to Detail: A passion for luxury, tailoring, and fashion with a meticulous eye for quality and fit. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, and inventory management software. 

  • Personal Attributes: Team player with a proactive attitude, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a polished, professional demeanour. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, especially in the fashion or luxury industry. 

  • Skills: Effective communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Attention to Detail: Passion for fashion and tailoring with a keen eye for detail and quality. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management. 

  • Team Player: You will be a dedicated team player who is able to communicate well with colleagues and clients. You will understand the luxury lifestyle and be prepared to go the extra mile to achieve targets. 

  • Availability: Flexibility to work Saturdays
