EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive your order, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear written statement to concierge@knatchbull.com before the 14‑day withdrawal period expires.

Returning Your Order

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, please return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us. All items must be unused and returned in perfect condition with their original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exemptions

Bespoke or made‑to‑measure items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, as they are personalised goods produced to your individual measurements or specifications. This applies to any Knatchbull items created to your specific requirements.
