At Knatchbull, sustainability is not a choice but an inherent responsibility woven into every decision we make.

Textile Heritage

Our cloth selection process reflects our dedication to preserving traditional textile craftsmanship. We partner with heritage mills across Britain and Europe, many of which have been perfecting their craft for generations. From the likes of Loro Piana in Italy and Dormeil in France to Holland & Sherry next door to us in Savile Row.

This careful curation ensures that each Knatchbull garment not only embodies superior quality but also carries forward a rich legacy of textile innovation.

Supply Chain Excellence

Our commitment extends beyond the immediate product lifecycle. We maintain intimate relationships with our suppliers, ensuring transparency and ethical practices throughout our supply chain. Each supplier is carefully selected through a rigorous process that evaluates not only their technical expertise but also their alignment with our values of transparency and environmental responsibility.

This careful orchestration of resources and relationships allows us to create pieces that honour both Savile Row craftsmanship and environmental consciousness.

We believe in the quiet power of conscious creation. Each garment is thoughtfully conceived with longevity in mind, to be passed down through the generations.

Women In Tailoring

Breaking with centuries of tradition, Knatchbull has made the bold choice to hire exclusively women in our tailoring team. This decision is not just about challenging norms; it's about recognising and nurturing talent that has been historically overlooked in this field. Our all-female team brings a unique perspective to tailoring, combining technical expertise with an intuitive understanding of the female form.

In 2024, Knatchbull became the first BCorp on the historic street.

Our B Corp certification represents a formal acknowledgment of our longstanding commitment to environmental and social responsibility. This rigorous assessment evaluates our impact across governance, workers, community, and environment – a standard we continuously strive to exceed.

The certification process has deepened our understanding of sustainable business practices and serves as both validation of our current practices and inspiration for continued improvement.
