Position Overview
As a growing luxury apparel brand on Savile Row, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences both in-store and online, as well as through exclusive trunk shows and events. We are currently seeking an organised and efficient Client Services Assistant to support our client services and event operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services Support

Coordinate and follow up on client appointments and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Organise and track deliveries and orders, ensuring shipments are accurate and deadlines are met.

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing communications.

Assist with customer feedback and resolve service-related issues.

Collaborate with the Sales Team and Tailors to address any client concerns promptly.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.

Support the seamless scheduling of appointments, order processing, tracking, and timely delivery for both in-store and remote clients.
Trunk Show Organisation and Support

Assist with the preparation, packing, and shipping of materials for trunk shows, both domestically and internationally.

Coordinate outreach and efficiently manage appointment scheduling.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of trunk shows, including logistics and follow-ups.
Brand Event Support

Provide hands-on assistance with the organisation of brand events, both in-store and off-site.

Ensure all materials and supplies are ready and available for events.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team, and independently when required.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, especially within the fashion or luxury industry.
